CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand things come up! If your appointment needs to be cancelled, please do so 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations after the 24 hour window will be charged 20% of the desired service before rebooking. Anyone that is more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be cancelled and charged a 20% late fee before rebooking. Any no-shows will be charged 90% of the service price scheduled. A deposit will be required at the time of booking.
